The Directive 68/193 / EEC, on the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of the vine, establishes, in every EC Country, the National Register of vine varieties in which to list the varieties whose propagating material is admitted to the market. Art. 5 e) of the directive provides for the establishment of the common catalog of varieties, which, however, has not yet been prepared. In this section there are references to the sites or publications of the National Registers of the Countries from which the IRV-CIP associations come from.
