IRV-CIP opinion of UE rules on Flavescence dorée
IRV-CIP has arranged a document that details the different aspects of the struggle against the Flavescence dorée disease underlying that the nurserymen can control its spread on their plantations and that it the disease is much more present in commercial vineyards. Therefore IRV-CIP claims for more stringent rules for the growers not for the nurserymen.
